HISTORY

IT Interaction Philippines (ITIP) was born from the strategic merger of two powerhouse user groups: Philippine Share Guide (PS/G) (the IBM Enterprise Users Group) and Genesys (the IBM Mid-range Users Group). Officially incorporated on March 24, 2004, ITIP was established as a non-stock, non-profit organization designed by tech practitioners, for tech practitioners, to drive mutual growth and industry collaboration.

ITIP is the premier independent organization for key IT leaders, CIOs, CTOs, CISOs and technology practitioners in the Philippines. We serve as a self-governing, private platform that connects local tech users and decision makers with leading global technology providers, creating open avenues for knowledge sharing, collaboration, and high-impact learning events.

Over the last 22 years, ITIP has evolved far beyond its roots. Today, we stand as a highly visible, influential voice in the local tech landscape—deeply attuned to rapid advancements in cloud infrastructure, network, compliance, data protection, cybersecurity, and AI, while actively shaping digital transformation across both the public and private sectors.
